Our Company’s History
Jack Robbins founded Robbins Parking in 1958 as a small one-lot business, managing a parking lot on Broughton and Douglas. Jack’s vision was not to be the biggest parking solutions provider, but the best. With this goal, applying a personalized and hands-on approach to every parking facility he managed, he saw success and expanded quickly. Paul Clough, our Chairman and CEO, bought Robbins in 1999 and continued to use Jack’s outlook as a guide, operating under the premise that no two lots are the same and approaching each job with an open mind and a fresh eye.
From our offices in Victoria and Nanaimo, Robbins currently manages over 150 parking facilities generating annual revenues exceeding $30 Million. With our long track record of providing first-class parking management services and state-of-the-art parking equipment and systems, our clients can be assured that we will always look after their interests, providing exemplary customer service while maximizing long-term value to their property.

Clough, our Chairman and CEO, bought Robbins in 1999, he guided this Vancouver Island company back to its roots, operating under the premise that no two lots are the same and approaching each job with an open mind and a fresh eye.

Robbins has grown from the 1950s to become the name of parking on Vancouver Island. With extensive experience in all types of parking facilities, Robbins manages over 150 parking facilities with annual revenues exceeding $30 Million from offices in Victoria and Nanaimo.
We expanded to the US market in 2004 with Platinum Parking, currently employing 550 staff providing parking management services to over 350 parking facilities from offices in seven states and 12 US cities including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Orlando, Miami, St. Petersburg, Atlanta, Cleveland, New Orleans, LA, and Seattle.
We recently established Platinum Parking Canada (PPC) to support our expansion into Canada. PPC is led by our senior management teams with over 200 years of combined parking management experience and benefits from our infrastructure of more than 750 employees.
