PATROLLING
This position entails more than just parking patrol, it is being a friendly face to customers that may have questions, it is being an ambassador between the parking lot and the office by reporting all safety and customer service concerns. This job is best suited to someone who maintains a positive attitude, is flexible, can be self-directed and looking for an opportunity to earn a steady income. We also promote advancement opportunities throughout our company for our longer-term employees who show initiative and dedication.
Primary duties of a role in this team are-
- Preparing and maintaining required records in detail, including logs of parking enforcement activities
- Patrolling an assigned area by with a license plate recognition vehicle to ensure public compliance with existing parking ordinance
- Identifying vehicles in violation of parking regulations utilizing license plate recognition technology in a fleet vehicle, checking with the office when necessary to confirm ticketing or to determine whether vehicles need to be booted or towed.
- Maintaining assigned equipment and supplies such as handheld citation computers, citation books, rain gear, tire-marking chalk
- Maintaining close communications with office personnel, using cell phones
- Providing information to the public regarding parking regulations and facilities, and the location of streets, buildings, and points of interest
- Be punctual and reliable
- Other duties include performing monthly parking audits at the airport, and occasionally booting vehicles
- A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance and meter department are a fast paced and every changing environment. Primary duties of a role in this team are-
- Installation of signage and parking equipment with power tools
- General parking lot maintenance, removing garbage
- Work effectively with team members to accomplish tasks
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Capable to operate safely a variety of power tools
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Work weekends as required based on current employee rotation
- Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles
- Operate company vehicles in a courteous and safe manner
- Coordinating jobs for various projects
- Coordinating snow removal and salting
- Due to the physical demands of the position, the successful applicant will be physically fit
- A clean driver’s abstract must be provided with your resume
- A criminal record check is required
- Knowledge of our lots and operations is a definite asset, but not mandatory
