Dear Robbins Customers,
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers have always been the highest priority for us at Robbins Parking. Due to this, and in response to directives from our governmental and health officials, we have decided to close our offices to public walk-ins for the foreseeable future, both in Victoria and Nanaimo. We will be continuing to maintain all other services, so please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or through email.

In addition to closing our public offices, our field staff have been provided with antibacterial wipes, gloves and hand sanitizer in order to keep themselves protected while maintaining and enforcing our parking lots and parkades. Our extra cleaning measures in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect our customers includes, but is not limited to: sanitizing touch pads on all of our parking meters regularly, as well as our credit card machines, access card touch points and entry ticket dispensers as frequently as possible. You can also pay for parking using your phone via HONK Mobile-https://robbinsparking.com/honk-app/ at most of our downtown lots.
Our office is currently open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm- closed on statutory holidays.
