MEGAN- PATROL PERFECTIONIST
We would love for you to meet MEGAN! Megan is apart of the Patrol Team and has been with us for about 2 years.
You can find her driving one of our LPR vehicles anywhere from Saanich to Sidney. We call her a Patrol Perfectionist because that’s exactly what she is! Being our feet on the ground, she passes along important info which makes all our jobs easier. Being a patroller is not easy at times – but she puts effort into educating folks when she can, so people can avoid a ticket!
Here is a fun Q & A we did with her:
1. What did you do before working for Robbins Parking?
I worked at McDonalds as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for 9 years.
2. What is the one thing that you have learnt about parking whilst working here?
That the letter O doesn’t exist on plates at all and that Robbins doesn’t actually own their lots they manage them for lot owners.
3. What has been your best day on the job?
When I came back from being laid off due to covid, everyone was so excited to see me again and Kevin and Chelsea got my son a scooter 🙂 it’s been amazing how appreciated and valued this company has made me feel.
4. Where is your favourite place to visit in Victoria?
I love going for hikes, especially the Goldstream Trestle and Old Baldy Mountain
5. What 3 things do you enjoy outside of work?
I’m a huge true crime fan, I watch lots of documentaries and podcasts. I also love to crochet and I spend most of my free time with my son going for bike rides and playing pokemon.
