Chris is a veteran of the parking management business and has been with Robbins longer than any other employee. Chris started his career in the parking industry with Universal Park-O-Matic in 1979, moving to Vancouver Island two years later to join Robbins. Chris has an intimate understanding of Nanaimo’s parking operations, policies, and issues, having managed the operations and served as the City’s primary contact since September 1982. In addition to Nanaimo, Chris has experience in administering municipal operations for Victoria, Comox, and Duncan and has been a key resource in managing Island Health’s Central Island operations.
